Marcus brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across the homebuilding, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. Most recently, he served as Sr. Vice President of HR with Builders Capital and prior to that spent almost 9 years at Lokal Homes here in Colorado building their HR department from the ground up. He has extensive experience supporting organizational growth in the construction industry and has led numerous initiatives aligning people strategies with business goals to deliver positive results.
Marcus is focused on influencing an environment where employees feel valued, supported, respected, and connected to the company’s mission and one another. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University, Marcus also has earned several HR certifications as well as the OSHA 30 designation.
Amanda Tolles brings many years of leadership experience across construction and operations with a strong track record of supporting growth, strengthening processes, and building effective teams. Prior to joining Rusin Concrete Construction, Amanda developed valuable leadership and financial experience that helped shape her business-minded approach and ability to contribute across multiple areas of an organization.
Amanda has been with Rusin Concrete for more than five years, beginning as an estimator, advancing to project manager and now operations manager. Through each role, she has developed a deep understanding of the building process from start to finish and has become known for her ability to work closely with clients, manage details effectively, and understand the business behind the work. Her broad experience, practical insight, and collaborative style make her a valuable leader within the organization.
