He has extensive experience supporting organizational growth in the construction industry and has led numerous initiatives aligning people strategies with business goals to deliver positive results.
Marcus is focused on influencing an environment where employees feel valued, supported, respected, and connected to the company’s mission and one another. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University, Marcus also has earned several HR certifications as well as the OSHA 30 designation.
