He supervises contractors, material suppliers, and the Rusin Commercial Concrete team, while maintaining a strong focus on quality control and safety compliance.

Jim’s comprehensive background allows him to effectively navigate the complexities of safety protocols across various project types and environments.
A member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Jim holds several certifications that reinforce his commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards. He holds an Associate’s degree in Risk and Safety Management, is a certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), and is an OSHA 500 Authorized Trainer.
