Flatwork Finisher
Demonstrate knowledge and ability to place, consolidate, finish, edge, joint, cure, seal, color, stain, stamp, texture and protect concrete flatwork. Work to obtain the highest customer rating possible.
Form Setter/Carpenter
Set up the forms in which concrete is poured to create walls, pillars and other structures, utilizing various tools and materials to mold concrete according to plan designs.
Diesel Mechanic
The Mechanic maintains service operations by inspecting and maintaining vehicles.
Commerical Layout Manager
Oversee and manage the commercial layout function and crew, ensure document control, manage layout crew dispatch, CAD prep and scrubbing, layout technician training, equipment inventory and maintenance, ensuring layout team accuracy and project success.
Commercial Project Engineer
The Project Engineer will be the primary and lead engineer on several projects across the Commercial Division: providing support in construction activities by engaging in project controls, purchasing, scheduling, assisting the project manager in expediting material deliveries, estimating/pricing change orders, and reviewing submittals. Additionally, serving in the role as a job-site leader in health and safety, quality of reporting and workmanship, and that all engineering work is completed in a professional and ethical manner.
Commercial Project Superintendent
Commercial Project Superintendents role is to work “hands on” with the crews and to supervise the commercial crews, work closely with the Commercial Division Manager and Project Engineer to communicate all job details and is the liaison between the crews, the office, and the builder. Overall purpose is to manage the jobs day-to-day operations to ensure budget management, proper staffing, and its overall success.
Time & Attendance Specialist
The Time and Attendance Specialist is responsible for the overall coordination and production/collection of time keeping data. Reviews time keeping records collected from hourly employees. Resolves all time keeping issues on a daily basis by communicating with foreman/individuals to correct missing, overlapping or any other issues concerning daily hours recorded in the time and attendance program.
Commercial Structural Foreman
Enable the completion of jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing their crew, ensuring equipment and materials are sufficient, repairing and maintaining equipment, training crews and assisting with special projects as assigned. Additional duties include handling communications with clients, placing barricades for special jobs and documenting completed work. Work to obtain the highest customer rating possible.
Residential Estimator
The estimator will work closely with the residential divisional manager and operations manger in preparing, evaluating, and submitting concrete foundation proposals for residential construction projects. this position will frequently be communicating with clients, vendors, other estimating team members as needed. The position is a key role in the organizations efforts to procure work and grow business.
Crane Truck Operator
The Boom Crane Truck Operator must always maintain a valid CDL. The Boom Crane Operator is responsible for driving and operating a boom crane safely, in addition to being responsible for the daily maintenance of the crane truck. The operator coordinates the placement of his truck and the movement of material to and from the job site, per the layout as it relates to the structural foundation. Further, this position supports the crews in making the process easy for them. Requires a minimum of boom crane truck certification or training performed internally by lead crane truck operator.
Commercial Project Manager
Work as the primary point of contact with the client and on site team to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone is doing their job properly. Oversee or manage all aspects of project to provide a quality, timely and on budget is achieved, the most efficient resources are used, and the different interests involved are satisfied. Work to obtain the highest customer rating possible.
Pump Truck Operator
The Pump Operator must always maintain a valid CDL. The Pump Operator is responsible for driving and operating a pump safely, in addition to being responsible for the daily maintenance of the pump truck. The operator coordinates the placement of ready-mix concrete through a pump at job sites, sets up concrete delivery systems, monitors the movement of concrete to locations where it is poured, and resolves issues related to the pouring of the pump-able concrete. Further, this position supports the crews in making the process easy for them. Requires a minimum of pump operator certification or training performed internally by Pump Operator Supervisor.
